บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ และปัจจัยด้านสังคม 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืชอาหาร 3) การผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืชอาหาร 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืชอาหาร 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดู กับการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืชอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ เกษตรกรที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกลำไย ปี 2565 อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 373 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 46.00 ปี จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.00 คน มีระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษามีพื้นที่ปลูกลำไยนอกฤดูเฉลี่ย 21.00 ไร่ มีรายได้ภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 623,030.56 บาท/ ปี ต้นทุนการผลิตเฉลี่ย 209,195.63 บาท/ปี ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีตำแหน่งทางสังคม เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืชอาหารอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีระดับคะแนนความรู้ (17 - 25) ร้อยละ 70.24 มีการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืชอาหาร อยู่ในระดับการปฏิบัติมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.43 และพบว่าความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดู มีความสัมพันธ์กับการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืชอาหาร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยพบปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับ
พืชอาหาร อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 1.74
