ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลผลิตในการปลูกข้าวโดยการนำเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรมาใช้ เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนของวัยแรงงานตอนต้น Factors Affecting Rice Production through the Use of Agricultural Mechanization to Create Sustainability for Early-Labor Generation

บทคัดย่อ
ภาคเกษตรของไทยถือหัวใจส่วนสำคัญของภาคเศรษฐกิจ ปัจจุบันพบว่ามีการจ้างงานสูงประมาณร้อยละ 30 ของกำลังแรงงานทั้งหมด ภาคเกษตรไทยกำลังเผชิญกับปัญหาการขาดแรงงานและทุนมนุษย์ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มวัยแรงงานตอนต้นที่เป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาภาคเกษตร การใช้เครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรการเกษตรจึงเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการเพิ่มผลผลิต ลดภาระแรงงาน และสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับแรงงานภาคเกษตร การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลผลิตในการปลูกข้าวโดยการนำเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรมาใช้เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนของวัยแรงงานตอนต้น พร้อมเสนอแนวทางเชิงนโยบายและเชิงปฏิบัติที่เหมาะสมในการส่งเสริมในการเข้าถึงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน จากการใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างข้อมูลครัวเรือนเกษตรกรจำนวน 1,855 ราย และวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลองถดถอยเชิงเส้น ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าแบบจำลองมีความสามารถในการอธิบายความแปรปรวนของผลผลิตข้าวได้ในระดับสูง (R² = 0.879) และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.001) พบว่า การเพิ่มระดับการใช้เครื่องจักรกลมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับผลผลิตข้าวต่อไร่ กลุ่มที่ใช้เครื่องจักรกลครบทั้งสามขั้นตอนสามารถสร้างผลผลิตเฉลี่ยประมาณ 573.77 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ การส่งเสริมการใช้เครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรอย่างเหมาะสม ในด้านช่วยเพิ่มผลผลิตของการผลิตข้าว พร้อมสร้างบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างความยั่งยืนของแรงงานภาคเกษตร สร้างแรงจูงใจให้เกษตรกรวัยแรงงานตอนต้นมั่นคงอยู่ในภาคการเกษตร ผลการศึกษานี้เป็นเพียงเสนอข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์เบื้องต้นในการกำหนดนโยบายส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเกษตร การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านน้ำ และการสนับสนุนเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการผลิตข้าวและเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนของแรงงานภาคเกษตรของประเทศไทยในอนาคต
