ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมการจัดการดินและน้ำของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว ในอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

       การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะพื้นฐานของเกษตรกร การรับรู้ประสิทธิภาพ การรับรู้ความยากง่ายในการใช้นวัตกรรม ระดับการยอมรับ และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมการจัดการดินและน้ำของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี  กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวแปลงใหญ่เกษตรสมัยใหม่ (ข้าว) จำนวน 110 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกษตรกรมีการรับรู้ประสิทธิภาพของนวัตกรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.71) การรับรู้ความยากง่ายของนวัตกรรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงสูง ระดับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.15) ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) สามารถอธิบายการยอมรับได้ร้อยละ 55.60 คือ ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ความยากง่ายในการใช้นวัตกรรม โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลสูงสุด  คือ การปรับระดับหน้าดินด้วยเลเซอร์ (β = 0.42) รองลงมา คือ การจัดการฟางและตอซัง (β = 0.41)  การจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสาน (β = 0.31) การทำนาแบบเปียกสลับแห้ง (β = 0.19) และการใช้ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดิน (β = 0.15) ตามลำดับ โดยข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญ คือ แม้นวัตกรรมการปรับระดับหน้าดินด้วยเลเซอร์จะมีต้นทุนและความซับซ้อนสูงกว่านวัตกรรมอื่น แต่กลับได้รับการยอมรับสูงที่สุด สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์และผลลัพธ์ที่ชัดเจนมีบทบาทสำคัญในการตัดสินใจยอมรับนวัตกรรมของเกษตรกร ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายควรมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมการจัดการดินและน้ำที่ใช้งานง่าย ควบคู่กับการสนับสนุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานร่วมในระดับกลุ่มนาแปลงใหญ่ ขณะเดียวกันการส่งเสริมการเกษตรควรเน้นการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติ การสาธิตในแปลงจริง และการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับเกษตรกรสูงอายุ
