การเพิ่มสมรรถนะการเจริญเติบโตของปลาชะโอน โดยใช้รำข้าวพื้นเมืองพันธุ์ไข่มดริ้นเป็นแหล่งคาร์โบไฮเดรตในสูตรอาหาร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้รำข้าวพื้นเมืองพันธุ์ไข่มดริ้นเป็นแหล่งคาร์โบไฮเดรตในอาหารต่อสมรรถนะการเจริญเติบโตของปลาชะโอน (Ompok siluroides) วางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอด (CRD) แบ่งเป็น 5 ชุดการทดลอง ชุดละ 3 ซ้ำ ได้แก่ ชุดควบคุม (KMR 0%) และชุดเสริมรำข้าวไข่มดริ้นระดับ 10, 20, 30 และ 40% (KMR 10%, 20%, 30% และ 40%) อาหารทดลองทุกสูตรมีปริมาณโปรตีนคงที่ 32% ไขมัน 7–11% และพลังงาน 3,300 กิโลแคลอรี/กิโลกรัม ดำเนินการทดลองในปลาชะโอนน้ำหนักเริ่มต้นเฉลี่ย 5.51–5.63 กรัมต่อตัว เป็นเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปลากลุ่มที่เสริมรำข้าวไข่มดริ้นมีสมรรถนะการเจริญเติบโตและประสิทธิภาพการใช้อาหารสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) โดยกลุ่ม KMR 20% มีค่าน้ำหนักสุดท้าย น้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้น ความยาวที่เพิ่มขึ้น อัตราการเจริญเติบโตจำเพาะ และประสิทธิภาพการใช้โปรตีนสูงที่สุด ในขณะที่มีสัมประสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นเนื้อ (FCR) ต่ำที่สุด (p < 0.05) ด้านอัตราการรอดตาย พบว่าปลากลุ่ม KMR 20% มีค่าสูงสุดเท่ากับ 90.60±0.10% ซึ่งสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ส่วนปลากลุ่ม KMR 40% มีอัตราการรอดตายต่ำที่สุด (86.89±0.32%) นอกจากนี้ การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสมการพหุนาม (Polynomial regression) ระหว่างน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นกับระดับรำข้าวไข่มดริ้น พบว่าระดับที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในสูตรอาหารคือ 19.86% ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับปลากลุ่ม KMR 20% ที่ให้น้ำหนักเพิ่มขึ้นสูงสุด (23.96±0.24 กรัม) สรุปได้ว่า การเสริมรำข้าวไข่มดริ้นเป็นแหล่งคาร์โบไฮเดรตทางเลือกที่ระดับ 20% มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการกระตุ้นการเจริญเติบโตและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้อาหารของปลาชะโอน
