การพัฒนาวีดิทัศน์เชิงปฏิสัมพันธ์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เรื่องชันโรง

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสื่อเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เรื่องชันโรง 2) พัฒนาวีดิทัศน์เชิงปฏิสัมพันธ์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างการใช้สื่อเดิมและสื่อใหม่ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อสื่อ การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะพัฒนาสื่อ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เข้ารับการอบรมของวิสาหกิจชุมชน จำนวน 157 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหาและด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ด้านละ 3 คน ระยะทดลองสื่อ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เข้ารับการอบรม จำนวน 80 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 40 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าแนวทางการพัฒนาสื่อประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านเนื้อหาควรแบ่งเนื้อหาออกเป็นบทเรียนย่อยที่สอดคล้องความต้องการของผู้เรียนและเน้นประเด็นที่สำคัญ 2) ด้านสื่อวีดิทัศน์และแพลตฟอร์ม ใช้โทนสีธรรมชาติและภาพจริงโดยเนื้อหาและข้อความจะต้องสอดคล้องกัน แพลตฟอร์มจะต้องเข้าถึงและใช้งานได้ง่าย 3) ด้านการออกแบบปฏิสัมพันธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนจะต้องครอบคลุมทั้งระดับผู้เรียน-เนื้อหา ผู้เรียน-ระบบ และผู้เรียน-ผู้เรียน/ผู้สอน ผ่านกิจกรรมบนเนื้อหาในวีดิทัศน์และระบบ ผลประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาและสื่อเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.22, S.D. = 0.50 และ x̄ = 4.22, S.D. = 0.65) ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนพบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -5.32, p < 0.001) และมีความพึงพอใจในด้านเนื้อหาและด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.46, S.D. = 0.68 และ x̄ = 4.45, S.D. = 0.72) แสดงให้เห็นว่าสื่อวีดิทัศน์เชิงปฏิสัมพันธ์บนแพลตฟอร์ม
ยูทูบมีศักยภาพในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
