Abstract

การพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการงานวิจัย สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี เป็นระบบที่ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยระหว่างนักวิจัยและสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้ผู้ใช้งานมีความสะดวกในการจัดการงานวิจัยทั้งนักวิจัยและเจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา ซึ่งระบบสามารถจัดเก็บและจัดการเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยตั้งแต่ข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยเพื่อขอรับทุนอุดหนุนวิจัยจนกระทั่งเสร็จสิ้นโครงการวิจัยวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักวิจัย เจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา และบุคคลทั่วไปที่ใช้ระบบบริหารจัดการงานวิจัย

ผลการวิจัยได้จากการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยภาพรวมในเรื่องความมีประสิทธิภาพของระบบบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยตามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่อประสิทธิภาพของระบบพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี ผลการวิจัยการประเมินจากผู้ใช้งานโดยภาพรวมในเรื่องความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้งานระบบตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้งาน พบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด

อย่างไรก็ตามการนำงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ไปใช้งานในขั้นปฏิบัติงานจริงภายในสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี ควรจะมีความพร้อมในเรื่องของอุปกรณ์และบุคลากร เช่น ความสามารถของเครื่องให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในระดับสูง ผู้ดูแลระบบที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับปานกลางขึ้นไป และควรให้มีการอบรมเพิ่มเติมเพื่อศึกษาการทำงานของระบบและสามารถใช้งานระบบได้อย่างเต็มที่

Research Management System

Research Management System, Institute of Research and Development, Suratthani Rajabhat University is a system used to manage researches between users and Institute of Research and Development. The system aims to facilitate both researchers and staffs of Institute of Research and Development for researches management convenience. The system can store and manage information from the research project proposals in order to obtain research funds subsidies until project completion. Research samples are researchers, staffs of Institute of Research and Development, and individuals who want to use the system.

The findings from the evaluation by experts in the overall efficiency of Research Management System were good level. The findings from the assessment by users in the overall satisfaction toward the system were quite good level.

However, usefulness of the system for the operation in Institute of Research and Development, Suratthani Rajabhat University should be ready in terms of equipment and personnel, such as the ability of the server computer providing a high level, administrators who have knowledge of computers at the middle level or above, and system training should be more learn by users.
