Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ตัดทะลายปาล์ม โดยใช้เครื่องยนต์ขนาดเล็กเป็นต้นกำลังส่งผ่านกำลังด้วยข้อเหวี่ยงเยื้องศูนย์ ที่มีเฟืองเกียร์ปรับความเร็วรอบ และชุดใบมีดที่สามารถตัดได้ทั้งทะลายปาล์มและทางปาล์ม ผลการทดลองใช้ตัดทะลายปาล์ม 30 ต้น พบว่า อุปกรณ์ตัดทะลายปาล์มมีน้ำหนัก 14 กิโลกรัม สามารถตัดทางใบและทะลายปาล์มได้ทุกขนาด ที่ความสูงไม่เกิน 3 เมตร ใช้เวลาในการตัดเฉลี่ย 23.33 วินาทีต่อทะลายปาล์ม ซึ่งใช้เวลาน้อยกว่าการตัดด้วยเสียมที่ความสูงมากกว่า 1 เมตร และเครื่องตัดทะลายปาล์มใช้เชื้อเพลิงเฉลี่ย 12.33 ซี.ซี.ต่อทะลาย
The Development of a Cutting Device for Oil Palm Fruit harvesting by Small Gasoline Engine
The aim of this research is to develop equipments to cut palm bunch using power units from small engine. Eccentric crankshaft with adjusted gears and blades was used for power transmission. The results showed that palm bunch cutting equipments with 14 kilogram weight can cut palm bunch and leafstalk all sizes which is under 3 meters height. The average of time was 23.33 seconds per palm bunch. It was less than cutting with edging knife which height is lower than 1 meter. The average of petrol was 12.33 milliliter per palm bunch used for this equipment with small engine.
