ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช โดยรวมและรายด้านห้าด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตรและเนื้อหาวิชา ด้านวิธีสอนและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน ด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน และด้านคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์ผู้สอน จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศและสภาพการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษา หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต หลักสูตรมหาบัณฑิต และหลักสูตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 315 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. นักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยรวม 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านคุณลักษณะอาจารย์ ด้านหลักสูตรและเนื้อหารายวิชา ด้านวิธีสอนและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน

2. ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช จำแนกตามเพศ และสถานภาพการทำงาน ผลปรากฏว่า นักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษาชายและหญิงมีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเรียนการสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา โดยรวมและด้านหลักสูตรและเนื้อหารายวิชาด้านวิธีสอนและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน และด้านคุณลักษณะอาจารย์ มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน และนักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษาที่มีสถานภาพการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเรียนการสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา โดยรวมและด้านหลักสูตรและเนื้อหารายวิชา และด้านคุณลักษณะอาจารย์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนด้านวิธีสอนและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน และด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน

Students’ Satisfaction towards Instructional Management of Graduate Studies Program at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.

The objectives of this research were to study students’ satisfaction towards instructional management of Graduate Studies Program at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University in overall and each of five aspects ; namely, curriculum, teaching methods and teaching activities, factors supporting teaching, assessment, and instructor characteristics and to compare overall and each of five aspects among graduate students classified by sex and work status. The sample of the study consisted of 315 graduate students of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University in academic year 2010. The research results were as follows :

1. Students’ satisfaction towards instructional management of Graduate Studies Program in overall aspect was at a high level. Ordering each aspect from the highest mean score were instructor characteristics, curriculum, teaching methods and teaching activities, assessment, and factors supporting teaching, respectively.

2. Comparing satisfaction in overall and each of five aspects among graduate students classified by sex and work status, it was found that ; 1) Satisfaction towards instructional management between male and female graduate students in overall aspects was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. Considering each aspect, it was found that satisfaction towards curriculum, teaching methods and teaching activities, and assessment was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. However, no significant difference was found in supporting teaching and instructor characteristics factors; 2) Satisfaction towards instructional management in overall aspects among graduate students with different work status was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. Considering each aspect, it was found that satisfaction towards curriculum, and instructor characteristics was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. However, no significant difference was found in teaching methods and teaching activities, factors supporting teaching, and assessment.
